Being hands-on EMs, while managing engineering teams: Joys, best practices, and challenges.

19:00 - 20:00 (JST)

Welcome to SmartNews Online Meetup on Dec 23rd (Wed) JST!
“Being hands-on EMs, while managing engineering teams: Joys, best practices, and challenges.”

Let’s casually discuss with our engineering manager in SmartNews how to be engineering managers with hands-on experiences, how their life looks like, what best practices they have, what are the good parts, what are challenges.
We hope this session would make your life as an engineering manager even better, and give some hints to people who are considering to be engineering manager in future.

This event will be conducted in Japanese. Bi-direction simultaneous interpretation for Japanese and English is available at this event.
Looking forward to seeing you all.
